Interactive Support Page


TRC offers a remote Interactive Support feature to solve technical problems. This feature will allow TRC staff to remotely access your machine. To access the Interactive Support feature of OCS do the following:
  • Connect to the Internet.

  • Call TRC to describe the problem you are having.

  • Click the "Start" button.

  • Click "All Programs"

  • Click "OCS Tools"

  • Click "Interactive Support" to initiate a remote support session with TRC staff.
